The winner of the 11th edition of the Hero Women’s Indian Open 2017 is Camille Chevalier of France, who birdied the difficult 17th hole of the DLF Golf and Country Club to draw level at minus 11 with the overnight leader Michelle Thompson.
Chevalier ‘s approach shot into the 18th green was hit to perfection above the hole and trickled down to within a few feet of the pin to lie for an easy birdie finish at 12 under and win the tournament .
The best score by an Indian for the tournament was brought in by Vani Kapoor who shot a 7 under, followed by last year’s winner Aditi Ashok at 4 under.
14 year old Pranavi Urs received the Silver Plate for the best Amateur Score of the tournament .

Also, 22 Junior Girls from Golf Clubs around the country were invited to attend Clinics conducted by the Professional Lady Golfers during Hero Women’s Indian Open 2017.
